License
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This agreement covers the paid parts of Atelier UI (the "Pro Components"). It is between you and Jérémie Nallet EI, registered in France under SIRET 823 540 091 00019 ("we"). Buying a license means you accept it.
The free components are open source under the MIT license and are not covered by this agreement.
What you get
A license gives one developer the right to use the Pro Components: their source code, demos and documentation, delivered through atelier-ui.com and its registry.
The license is personal. Every developer who works with the Pro Components needs their own license.
What you can do
- Use the Pro Components in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
- Use them in work you deliver to clients.
- Modify them however you want.
- Install them with an AI coding agent using your license key.
- Sell or distribute the websites and apps you build with them ("End Products").
What you cannot do
- Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Pro Components, modified or not, outside of an End Product.
- Include them in a product whose main value is the components themselves, such as a UI kit, template, theme, starter kit or component library, paid or free.
- Publish them on their own, for example in a public repository, package or registry.
- Share your license key or account, or work around the license checks.
Ownership
We keep all rights to the Pro Components. You own what you build with them, except the Pro Components inside it.
Updates and support
Your license includes every future update to the Pro Components, and Atelier V2 when it launches. We don't commit to a release schedule.
Support is by email at jeremienallet@gmail.com, with no guaranteed response time.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles invoices and taxes. Polar's terms apply to the purchase itself.
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refund ends your license, and you must stop using and delete the Pro Components.
Third-party code
The Pro Components rely on open source packages such as React, Three.js and Motion, which keep their own licenses. Images used in the demos are placeholders and are not licensed for use in your projects.
Warranty
The Pro Components are provided "as is", without any warranty that they fit your needs or work without errors. This does not limit the legal guarantees you have as a consumer.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, for example in case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Termination
If you break this agreement, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the Pro Components.
Changes
We may update this agreement. An update never removes rights you received with a past purchase.
Governing law
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country you live in. Disputes go to the competent courts of France, unless consumer law gives you the right to another court.
