Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal data atelier-ui.com collects and why. The data controller is Jérémie Nallet EI, France. You can reach us at jeremienallet@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you buy a license. Polar processes your payment as the merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, Polar customer ID and license key. We never see your payment details.
When you sign in. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Each session also stores your IP address and browser information, to keep you signed in and protect your account.
When you install a pro component. Your license key is sent to our server, which checks it with Polar.
When you browse the site. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to run and secure the site. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Why we use it
- To give you access to your account and the Pro Components (performance of a contract).
- To verify license keys and prevent abuse, such as shared keys or repeated sign-in attempts (legitimate interest).
- To answer your support requests (performance of a contract).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We don't sell your data or use it for marketing. We only email you about your account and your license, for example sign-in links or a major update included in your license.
Who processes it
Your data is only shared with the providers that run the service:
- Polar: payments, invoices and license keys
- Neon: database hosting
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: sign-in emails
- Google: sign-in with Google, if you choose it
- Cloudflare: delivery of videos and media
Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Account data and license key: as long as your account exists, so your lifetime license keeps working.
- Sessions: until you sign out, or 7 days after your last visit.
- Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request.
- Purchase records: kept by Polar for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, others remember settings such as your language. Your theme choice is stored in your browser. Because they are strictly necessary, these don't require your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email us at jeremienallet@gmail.com and we will answer within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the CNIL or with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
We will publish any update on this page and change the date at the top.
